What's in your Safe Deposit Box?


In life it's not often that a person get's it right but we
keep trying anyway. I met a woman the other day
that said she no longer knew who she was. She had
spent her whole life trying to please others, that one
day when she looked up and was all alone she
suddenly realized she had left someone out of life's
equation, herself.

 I'm sure we all agree that life can be full of hills and
valleys we all must climb but in our journey one must
not forget the Safe Deposit Box. I feel that it is
imperative that one put away something just for
oneself. Some might say that is a selfish thought. I say
no, it is a brave thought because now you dare to
think about YOU.

 Ah, the Safe Deposit Box. Isn't that something for the
far and few and of course the well to do. If you were to
turn back the covers you would be surprise to see how
many who are financially sound yet starving. Who woke
up one day and forgot what their fight was for. Who told
themselves I'll get to that someday or once I finish this
but their someday never comes.

 What was that saying "you must stand for something
or you will fall for anything". "If it don't fit don't force it
just relax and let it go". Let it go, well that's fine as long
as what you're letting go is not you. Always remember
anything worth having is worth fighting for. So I ask you
where is your Safe Deposit Box? What's in it? What's
more valuable to you then you?

When you pull it out and blow away the dust, open it
and find that it's empty inside remember it can only be
that way if you let it be because after all it's your box,
your choice.
